Ordering
Ordering most items from our website
has to be done by calling our toll free number at 866-249-3354. We do have an
online shop, however, the items on that site are ones that are the most popular
and don't have too many variables. For items on our online shop that require
bike type and year then please list that information on the "special
instructions" section of the check out.

Our
business operation
We are motorcycling enthusiasts so we are
here for you. Our business hours are from 8a.m. to 4p.m. Monday through
Friday but you can call us anytime and see if we are here or you may leave a
message and we will get back to you as soon as we are able to. .

Shipping
We ship using UPS and the USPS. Our shipping and
handling fees are as low as we can get them , however, shipping costs do fluctuate so shipping charges can change
without notice. If you are at Willow Springs Raceway at the WSMC meetings
we can bring your order to the track or you can pick it up at our shop, this way
you can save on shipping costs. World wide shipping is available. We don not
ship or take credit card orders from Asian countries except Japan. If you are in
an Asian country we will only accept Pay Pal. As of 1
January 2004, we can only ship to a person's billing address, unless the
shipping address is in the credit card holder's file as being an alternate
address. For those who need an item shipped differently from their billing
address, it will be to the discretion of the sales person to allow shipping to
an address other than the billing address.

Returns
and cancellations
We will refund any returned merchandise by
original method of payment, that is unused, never installed and without damage
to product or manufacturers original packaging (unopened) , within 14 days of the date you
received it. A 15% restocking fee and shipping to the manufacturer will be charged for all returned items. Items that are special orders WILL NOT
be returnable and there are NO refunds on special
order items. There are NO returns on clothing, only
exchanges for different sizes. Helmets will not be exchanged or returned so make
sure you try them on before you purchase. 15% restocking charge will be levied
on those orders that are cancelled once the order has been shipped from the
manufacturer. There will be no returns on motorcycle body work for any reason other
than if the body work was; damaged in shipping, the bodywork was incorrect to
your motorcycle's make or model. There will be no
returns of windscreens for any reason other than if the screen was the wrong application for
your motorcycle; for example, if the screen was ordered for a GSXR and you
received a screen for a Honda. If any product is damaged in shipping, then it is
the shipping company that must refund any amount of money for shipping or
products. We apologize for this, but to maintain our low
prices we need to add these restrictions. Some exception may apply on per
situation basis. Return
authorizations are required for all returned merchandise so please call ahead of
time to receive this authorization.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also money orders. Credit
cards are charged to at the time of order (including back orders). Since
our shop is located in California we are required to charge 8.25% for sales tax
for California residents.

Delivery times
Most in-stock items are shipped on the next
day. Other products that are not in-stock are shipped approximately 1-2 weeks
depending on the availability of the product from the manufacturer. Shipping
time is only an approximation, we can't vouch for the shipping companys' times.

Closures
On the weekends
that the Willow Springs Motorcycle Club meets, typically on the third weekend of
each month, we will be closed and it will be difficult to contact us on that
Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Also there will be other events that we will be
attending that we will not be able to get back to you until we get back. For
those times we will try to post our events on our website for your information.

Privacy
All customers of White Buffalo Racing will
enjoy our privacy policy. No information about our customers will ever be
forwarded to any person or company for any reason. All customers' addresses,
credit card numbers, and ordering history will only be used by White Buffalo
Racing and no other entity.

Pricing
We try to offer all of our customers the best pricing. On
most of our items you will see very low prices on the greatest products
around, however, on some items you will find that the prices are the same as
most other places on the net. The reason for some of the pricing being the
same is due to the manufacturer asking their dealers to keep the advertised
prices at the same level so as to keep harmony between dealers. We try to
abide by these rules, but we will notify you on the specific page that for
those products we offer a further rider's discount. You can call up and we
will tell you the price we charge and/or the discounted price will be
applied to your order at the time of purchase if you mention the discount or
not.
Shop labor charges for in house repairs are at $89 per hour.

We are always looking to improve our
services and product list. If there is a product or a way we may help you better
then please tell us so we may help you the best way we can.
Need a pit or a pit buddy? If you are at
Willow Springs for the WSMC meets and you need a pit or just a place to hang out
in the shade then do not hesitate to come by and see us. We park our pit right
behind L&L Motorsports' portable dyno machine. If you would like to pit with us
and you know ahead of time then give us a call and we can coordinate our pit to
accommodate your needs. If you pit with us you may barrow some of our equipment
depending on if it is being used or not. You may only barrow our equipment if
you are pitting with us or pitted next to us, sorry, but we need to do this in
order to not lose any of our equipment. However, some items, may be loaned out
if we can keep track of it so please call or stop by our pit to see if we can
lone you what you need.
